From our hotel at the Mall of Emirates, we took a cab to the Madinat Jemeirah. Its a beach resort at the Jemeirah Beach, Agnes did some research and wanted to have lunch at a scenic restaurant there.

See everything so Arabic like then can feel like we are really in the middle east. We didn't really get this feeling in the Mall earlier.

Hotel security in Dubai are quite tight, they won't let you into the hotel premises unless you're living in the said hotel or have made a reservation in one of the hotel's restaurants. But then the security guards very easy to cheat, we just tell them that we're living in the hotel if we want to check out the interior of the hotel and most of the time they'll just let us through.

We head down to the beach to have lunch at a restaurant which is located on the Pier. Its called Pier Chick.

The Burj of Arab is the second tallest building, it is also the only 7 Star Hotel in the world. Can't afford to stay here one. We can't get entry into the place unless we're staying there or we booked lunch in the underwater restaurant, can't afford also. It's so expensive because everything in the hotel is Gold plated. Even the toilet bowl also gold plated. Toilet bowl is toilet bowl lah why must put gold, is it if sit on gold for long time will make backside smooth or maybe must sit on gold to sh*t gold.
